Styled in the latest Zimmermann collection and her favorite Balmain shades, laptop in the other hand, her boisterous, infectious laughter resounds as she makes sure she does not miss the accounting deadline or the documents to be signed. That is how Jerwin Salvador, known as Steffi by those closest to her, makes her presence known.

But do not let that giggly laugh fool you. She is a strict boss, often compared to the iconic Miranda Priestly of The Devil Wears Prada, minus the cold and empty stare. She would mentor, coach, and tell you with no qualms what should be your next move, giving you autonomy in your role while ensuring that you exemplify the values and competence of a true TresMedica team member. At times, she would make you take calculated risks while ensuring that she is beside you if you stumbled along the way.

A CPA, an MBA, and 17 years of numbers

Steffi is the heart of TresMedica. A leader who combines extraordinary expertise, vision, and unquestionable integrity. She exemplifies these qualities through a distinguished career spanning finance, accounting, taxation, operations, and strategic management. A Certified Public Accountant and MBA graduate of the Cesar E. A. Virata School of Business, University of the Philippines - Diliman, Steffi brings more than 17 years of extensive professional experience across multiple industries.

Currently serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors, Vice President for Finance, and Chief Operating Officer of TresMedica, One Dialysis Center, TresRx Pharmacy, and TresLab, Steffi plays a pivotal role in steering financial growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability across the group. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening internal systems, optimizing resources, and supporting the organization's continued expansion.

Results measured in millions saved

Throughout her career, Steffi has consistently delivered measurable results. She served as the Finance Head of Taytay Doctors Hospital from 2013 until 2025. She also served as an accounting, tax, and finance consultant among leading healthcare institutions and dialysis networks in the country. She successfully implemented cost-saving initiatives, modernized accounting systems, improved revenue strategies, and strengthened internal controls. Her recommendations have generated millions in annual savings while enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

Long before TresMedica was established, Steffi already had an extensive background in the operations and finance side of dialysis centers. She worked alongside the Ordinal Dialysis Network from 2015 to 2023. Over the years, she was able to help design effective management control systems that would incentivize increasing company revenue by 50%.

From medical supplies to a healthcare ecosystem

In 2021, TresMedica was established with a vision of making healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered for communities in need. What began as a medical supplies business steadily evolved into the growing healthcare organization it is today, serving patients across various cities and municipalities.

Guided by the company's battle cry, Passion for Patients, the passionate and purpose-driven leadership of Steffi inspired the creation of a more connected healthcare ecosystem through integrated services. This vision eventually led to the establishment of TresRx Pharmacy and TresLab, further strengthening the organization's commitment to delivering comprehensive and compassionate patient care.

180 employees, one standard

As the ever-reliable Vice President for Finance and Chief Operating Officer of the company, Steffi oversees a workforce of 180 employees across the country, ensuring that TresMedica remains steadfast in its commitment to integrated healthcare services and its mission-driven free dialysis movement. Through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep passion for patient care, Steffi continues to play a vital role in expanding the impact of the company and bringing accessible healthcare to more communities nationwide.

A lecturer, off the clock

Beyond corporate leadership, Steffi is also passionate about education and professional development. She has served as a part-time professional lecturer at STI College Ortigas-Cainta and the National College of Business and Arts, teaching accounting, taxation, management, and business-related courses. Through teaching, she has helped shape future professionals with the same values of discipline, excellence, and ethical leadership that define her own career.

Beyond the balance sheet

Outside of work, Steffi finds joy in traveling and discovering new experiences both locally and abroad. Over the past six months alone, she has visited three provinces in China for both business and leisure. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, exploring local cuisine, and, most especially, shopping. For Steffi, traveling is more than a hobby - it is her way of resting, recharging, and finding inspiration beyond the demands of work. This year, she looks forward to traveling to Tokyo and Seoul to visit relatives while embracing the romantic breeze of autumn and the crisp, cold wind of winter.

On quieter days, Steffi enjoys simple moments - watching her favorite series on Netflix or catching up with friends over coffee, usually a butterscotch latte from her favorite Harlan + Holden cafe. Above all, she treasures spending time with her family and lovingly spoiling her Nanay Cornelia. Generosity has always been one of her defining qualities - not only in sharing her resources, but also her time, wisdom, and support with those around her. She is a devoted daughter, a supportive and generous sibling, and a loving tita to her nieces, nephews, and godchildren. To many, she is more than a leader - she is a source of comfort, encouragement, and joy.
