Oo. Libre palagi, dahil naniniwala kami na ang bawat buhay ay mahalaga. Sa One Dialysis Center Cainta, patuloy kaming nagbibigay ng kalidad at libreng dialysis treatment upang mas maraming pasyente ang matulungan.
Ano po ang kasama sa libreng dialysis treatment?
Ayon sa Patient's Booklet ng One Dialysis Center, dito libre ang:
- Branded Erythropoietin (EPO) - hanggang 2 doses kada treatment, ayon sa reseta
- Buwanang routine laboratories - Hepa Profile, IPTH, at Iron Studies ayon sa reseta
- Branded at efficient high-flux dialyzers
- Emergency medicines - tulad ng paracetamol ampule, hydrocortisone, clonidine, at paggamit ng oxygen
- Nutrition counseling mula sa Board Certified Dietician
- Quarterly body composition monitoring
Magkano po ang babayaran ko kada session?
Kung enrolled po kayo sa PhilHealth dialysis benefit, wala kayong babayaran. Sagot ng PhilHealth ang ₱6,350 kada session hanggang 156 sessions kada taon, at sagot naman ng center ang lahat ng lampas doon - gamot, EPO, dialyzer, at lab monitoring. Ito ang No Balance Billing pledge.
Paano ko po mababayaran ang aking dialysis?
Sa tulong po ng PhilHealth. Sa ilalim ng PhilHealth Circular 2023-0009, effective June 22, 2023, ang covered hemodialysis sessions ay lumawak mula 90 sessions patungong 156 sessions kada taon para sa mga pasyenteng may Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 5. Tutulungan po kayo ng aming staff sa proseso sa inyong unang bisita.
Accredited po ba kayo sa PhilHealth?
Yes. Our centers are accredited dialysis providers under PhilHealth's Z-Benefit / Konsulta packages. Bring your PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR) and Dialysis Database registration to your first visit.
